The long-awaited first live album from Rob Zombie has arrived. A brain-bashing, soul-shaking sonic earthquake, Zombie – Live (Geffen Records/UMe), released October 23, 2007, in both clean and explicit versions, spans songs from the hard rockerâ€™s entire career.Recorded in 2006 during the tour supporting the Educated Horses album, which hit #5 on the Pop chart, Zombie Live finds Zombie leading a supercharged band featuring guitarist John 5, bassist Piggy D, drummer Tommy Clufetos and was produced by long-time co-writer and producer Scott Humphrey.
Zombie â€“ Live includes the concertâ€™s renditions of the Best Hard Rock Performance Grammy-nominated â€œThunder Kiss â€˜65â€ and â€œBlack Sunshineâ€ from White Zombieâ€™s 1992 major label debut La Sexorcisto: Devil Music Vol. 1, which went Top 40 and double platinum. â€œSuper Charger Heaven,â€ â€œCreature Of The Wheelâ€ and â€œMore Human Than Human,â€ also Grammy nominated for Best Hard Rock Performance, were first heard on White Zombieâ€™s 1995 Top 10, double platinum Astro-Creep: 2000 Songs Of Love, Destruction And Other Synthetic Delusions Of The Electric Head.
From Rob Zombieâ€™s 1998 solo debut, the Top 5, triple platinum Hellbilly Deluxe: 13 Tales Of Cadaverous Cavorting Inside The Spookshow International, are â€œSuperbeast,â€ â€œLiving Dead Girl,â€ â€œDemonoid Phenomenonâ€ and â€œDragula.â€ Songs from 2001â€™s Top 10 and platinum The Sinister Urge are â€œDemon Speeding,â€ â€œDead Girl Superstarâ€ and â€œNever Gonna Stop (The Red Red Kroovy).â€ The latest songs hail from Educated Horses: â€œSawdust In The Blood,â€ â€œAmerican Witch,â€ â€œLet It All Bleed Outâ€

Zombie, who previously wrote and directed The Devilâ€™s Rejects (2000) and House Of 1000 Corpses (2004), offers an entirely new take on the highly successful series of Halloween films that began in 1978. As a recording artist Rob Zombie has sold over 15 million albums worldwide and continues to be one of Geffen Recordâ€™s top selling artists.
