Look Mexico, the band, will be rocking some sweaty basement / dive bar in your town within the next week or two. Cause it will probably happen. For those who absolutely refuse to camp out at their local venue in blind anticipation of Look Mexico showing up, here’s a handy schedule outlining the band’s upcoming tour with Chase Pagan. The boys are also booking a short tour with gal pals and fellow Tallahasseeans One Small Step For Landmines at the end of December.

TOUR
——————————————————-

DEC 20 – Tampa, FL @ Transitions Art Gallery w/ One Small Step For Landmines
DEC 21 – Sarasota, FL @ Very Heavy Music w/ One Small Step For Landmines
DEC 22 – Brandon, FL @ The Porch w/ One Small Step For Landmines

Speaking of One Small Step For Landmines, the three piece will be touring heavily in 2008, including a Jan / Feb tour with Driver Side Impact and Ivoryline. The band’s self-titled debut was released in September by Civil Defense League. Check out some free mp3s here: Take Me Seriously / I Don’t Think

Look Mexico‘s debut full-length, This Is Animal Music, was released earlier this summer on Lujo Records and recently received the vinyl treatment from Good Friends Records and another label which I don’t particularly care to mention right now. The band will have copies of this ridiculously awesome-looking 12″ at shows. Check out some free mp3s here: You Come Into My House / Done and Done.
