From the moment Jessy J hit the stage in Fresno, California for
the first time as a member of super producer/guitarist
Paul Brown’s live band on
Valentine’s Day 2006, the love between the saxophonist/vocalist and contemporary
jazz fans has been flowing nonstop.

th on Peak Records, Tequila Moon, brings Jessy J’s fresh and
inspired energy with vibrant exotic twists to the contemporary jazz world. Offering
pop, jazz, Latin, even Brazilian music, which in addition to her Peak label mate and
producer
Paul Brown on acoustic guitar, features performances by some of L.A.’s
most renowned musicians: keyboardist
Gregg Karukas, bassist Roberto Vally; and
drummers
Oscar Seaton, Dave Beyer and Sergio Gonzalez.

A true musical prodigy, Jessy J (Jessica Spinella) began playing piano at age four
and spent most of her childhood as a competitive artist, performing at major
conferences, competitions and festivals which have inspired her to go after the
dream she is now at last fulfilling with
Tequila Moon.

Regarding her unique bond with her fans, Jessy says
“My ultimate goal is always to
share something with them (the audience), so when they leave, they truly feel not
only have they experienced something special, but that they also really know me.”
