Roots-rock group the BoDeans are touring this spring in support of their new album “Still,” which will be out March 4th. The first leg of the tour kicks off at SXSW in Austin, TX, and will cover the eastern part of the country. The group plans to visit the western half of the U.S. in a forthcoming second leg of the tour early this summer.

“Still” is the eighth studio album from the BoDeans, and the band are releasing it via their own record label, He & He LP, with distribution through Koch. The disc was produced by T-Bone Burnett and features 12 new tracks full of the heartfelt lyrics, passionate harmonies, and ringing guitars they have become known for. The album’s first single, “Everyday,” is currently impacting Triple A radio as the band are wrapping up a national radio tour.

Since their inception in 1983, the BoDeans have had eight albums in the Billboard Top 200 and multiple singles in the Top 40. They were named “Best New Band” by Rolling Stone magazine in 1987, and also gained national exposure by touring with U2 that same year. Their hit song “Closer To Free” became the theme to Fox’s “Party Of Five” in the mid-‘90s, and was one of the most played songs at radio in 1996.

“Still” will be available March 4th nationally at Target, Best Buy, Borders, Barnes & Noble, FYE, Circuit City and all fine independent retailers across the U.S.
