Philadelphia, PA–Philly’s own premier “hip-rock” band All Crazy is an appealing crossover mixture of rock and hip-hop that is gaining momentum and pulling in a large audience with their charismatic performances along the east coast.

On March 1st, their new video for their first hit single, “Wrong Time,” debuted on Facebook and You Tube and have received over 11,000 hits within a month. Their loyal fan base is helping to make the band more visible with thousands of views of the video and healthy CD sales of their latest release, “Sex, Drugs, and Hip-Rock”.

Since the band’s formation, All Crazy has been working for the past year to bring the spirit of brotherly love back to its native city. Comprised of Billy “Godfather” Pounds (a rock guitarist who’s been playing on the Philly scene since he was 16), Marquise “Dimes” Fordham (a jazz musician who learned to play drums in his local church), Kenneth “Big Soup” Worley (a smoothly dressed MC who owns a barbershop in North Philly), Geoff “Limbs” Lyman (a heavy metal bass player and music producer from Drexel Hill) and Adam “Shalom Skinny” Serlin (a classically trained violinist and the band’s resident pretty boy), All Crazy has managed to channel rock, hip-hop, blues, soul, gospel, and (yes, even) classical influences to form their very own genre of music: hip-rock.

All Crazy’s musical style of hip-rock is a unique blend of rock melodies and hip-hop beats that feature funky base lines, guitar driven rock, an electric violinist and it is all set to hip-hop vocals that demand a rabid following that is currently spreading and will continue to grow thanks to the new video and the grassroots marketing in place on the Internet.

All Crazy is equal parts partiers, socially conscious poets and musical innovators that start a fire in the hearts of their fans at live performances. People attending their concerts dance and sing all the words to their songs by memory, let their hair down and become one with the band and the All Crazy family. Recent live performances in Philadelphia, New York and Boston have given them a reputation that is putting them on the map very quickly in the hearts and minds of the twenty something college audiences along the East Coast.
