So something kinda cool happened this week!
The Faunts video that we made for the song “M4 (Part II)” is on MTVu’s “Freshman Five” this week, competing against four other videos. The video that gets the most votes (you can vote as many times as you like, as long as you don’t use an automated voting system) goes into rotation at MTVu, which means it’ll be getting 20-25 spins per week, broadcast all over the USA. This is potentially a really exciting development for Faunts, but winning it is going to be difficult since all the other participating bands have “street teams” and interns clicking away to boost their vote count.

So… we wanted to ask you all a small favor. If you have the chance, please consider voting for Faunts, as many times as you want, over the course of the week. Whether you vote one time or ten times or (hint hint) a hundred times, we’d be really grateful. And seriously, voting takes about two seconds. No login, no registration – just click “vote.” And don’t despair if the standings don’t seem to change after you vote… the votes *are* being counted!

And the awesome video that’s worth checking out if you haven’t seen it already:

Voting ends at noon Eastern time on Friday, August 29.
