The Peppermint Creeps are on tour (East Coast) to schedule an interview please email [email protected].

Who are the Peppermint Creeps??? “You’re not very nice, and I don’t think I like you You’re not very nice, ’cause you made me cry You’re not very nice, and I don’t want to see you, so why don’t you just f*ck off and die!”

Yeah OK Those are the lead in lyrics from PEPPERMINT CREEPS’ tune “F*ck Off and Die!,” and it gives you a bit of perspective on these guys. No, not that they’re brats or overtly rude or anything, more like all true Glam Punks, they just tell it as they see it. No apologies.

It’s also kind of core to their musical persona, in that they’re not out there to necessarily please anyone. They’re just out there to communicate to and with the other disenfranchised members of 21st century society. Thing is it WORKS!

Sure, at some point in each of our lives, we’ve all grabbed onto someone who has the cojones to do that. New York Dolls, Bowie, Joan Jett, GnR doesn’t really matter who or when. It’s the viewpoint, methodology and shared communication that matters. And PEPPERMINT CREEPS matter now.

Comprised of Traci Michaelz (Drums and Vocals), Macy Malone (Lead and Rhythm Guitar, and Lead Vocals) and Billy Blade (Bass Guitar and Vocals), PEPPERMINT CREEPS have been played on National, Commercial and College Radio Stations all over the world. Genuinely American in their style and point of view, they’re as popular outside the U.S. as they are in L.A. They draw serious crowds in Italy, France and the UK. Heck, they even headlined the recent Glam Attack Festival In Italy to a sold out crowd.

Here at home, they’ve done SIX headlining tours across the U.S. in the last FIVE years, they’re constantly gigging all around the L.A. basin, and have snagged news coverage in Metal Edge, Music Connection, Revolver, Kerrang, Big Cheese (Europe), LA Weekly, MTV and VH1.

TV? Oh, yeah they’ve appeared on Battle for Ozzfest, where bands competed to go on tour with Ozzy, Bands Reunited with Vixen, a series of commercials for various “red carpet events” for folks like VH1 and MTV, and appeared on the Motley Crue Reunion Tour Show and were given “shout outs” from none other than Tommy Lee!

The PEPPERMINT CREEPS will be the backing band for Gretchen Bonaduce, star of VH1’s hit series, “Breaking Bonaduce.” They were even interviewed on CNN regarding the use of pyro technics on stage after the tragic fires in Rhode Island during the performance of Great White. Who loves ’em, baby? Well, how about endless support from the late Randy Castillo (The Motels, Lita Ford, Ozzy Osbourne and Motley Crue), Phil Soussan (Ozzy Osbourne, Vince Neil, Billy Idol and John Waite) and Slash (Guns ‘n’ Roses and Velvet Revolver), just to name a few. We’re talking major music industry heavyweights, here and like minded rebels.

The PEPPERMINT CREEPS are absolute staples of the L.A. music world. And they’ve been doing it since they’ve been teenagers. They are endorsed by Dean Guitars, Peace Drums, Remo Heads, Danmar and Coffin Case. So what’s so universal about PEPPERMINT CREEPS, anyway? The MUSIC and the VIEWPOINT. It all just hits home with anyone feeling like an outsider!

They ‘re four projects include, all without any “major label” support, Creep Show (1999), produced by Phil Soussan and co produced by the Late Randy Castillo, Animatron X (2002), We R The Wierdoz (2005), and Cover Up (2008), produced by Peppermint Creeps for Alkaloid Junkie Recordings. ALL have continued to grow, collectively surpassing most “major label” stars’ sales. Not bad for these very hard core “indies.” Cover Up is Available now at Amazon, Itunes, and Cd Universe.

They’re fun they’re no BS and they speak to the heart, no matter the subject. These Visual/Pop/Punk/Glam gurus are here to stay! So, come check out the PEPPERMINT CREEPS if you dare.Warning: You won’t forget ’em!
