School Boy Humor to release EP on Nov 4, Fall Dates Confirmed

Little Rock, AR quintet SCHOOL BOY HUMOR will be releasing their debut Vagrant EP, Camera Shy But Still A Star on November 4, 2008. The four-track EP will be available at all digital retailers and features three songs from their upcoming full-length as well as a cover of Colbie Caillat’s “Realize.”

“The guys and I are super excited, and couldn’t be happier about the way the songs came out,” says singer and keyboardist Caleb Spillyards. “We are even more excited that we are getting so close to the actual release, and also how well kids are responding to the new songs on tour.”

School Boy Humor is currently on tour and just added two weeks of dates in November throughout the southeast with label-mates A Cursive Memory. The band recently wrapped up recording their debut full-length with producer Geoff Rockwell (Forever The Sickest Kids). The as-yet-untitled disc is due out in early 2009 on Vagrant.

School Boy Humor is: Caleb Spillyards – vocals, keys, Phil Evans – vocals, guitar, Anthony Evans – vocals/guitar, Pierce Hunter – bass, Greg Scherer – drums.
