The boys from Noid, England are landing on US telly nationwide this January on The Late Show with David Letterman (Friday, January 22, 2010, 11:35pm ET/PT on CBS). The Heavy will perform the US television debut of their single ‘How You Like Me Now’, off the band’s sophomore album, The House That Dirt Built, out now on Ninja Tune/+1 Records. The performance will feature special guests The Dap Kings on horns.

As part of their trip stateside, The Heavy will be playing select shows in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Philadelphia. The tour dates include two shows as main support for the HotRats — Gaz Coombes and Danny Goffey from Supergrass’ side project. The Heavy’s live show is the real deal, as The Independent attested this week with their five out of five live review of their slamming show in London.
