XSEED Games and Marvelous Entertainment USA are excited to announce that Little King’s Story has officially gone gold and will ship to retail outlets nationwide starting on July 21, 2009. The Wii-exclusive title features life-simulation, real-time strategy, and adventure elements all packaged into a charming storybook adventure title.

Watch the latest gameplay elements in the following videos:

Carpenter.mov – Various job classes work together to build a bridge. As Regular Carpenters start building the bridge, Animal Hunters and a Farmer help out by cheering and throwing them materials, while a group of Grunt Soldiers defend them by fighting off an intruder.

Chef.mov – As even a group of tough Hardened Soldiers struggle against a single Cockadoodle, watch as a couple Chefs specializing in chicken dishes make quick work of a group of Cockadoodles.

Farmer.mov – As the only job class capable of unearthing natural hot sprints, having at least one Hardworking Farmer in your party is essential if you want to replenish the health of your party.

Miner.mov – When coming across a large stone obstacle, don’t send in Carefree Adults or even Grunt Soldiers for a job only a Buff Miner can do.

Animal Hunter.mov – With their ranged bow and arrow attack, Animal Hunters are vital for taking out enemies in otherwise unreachable high ground.
