Multi-platinum Epic recording artists Chevelle have just wrapped up recording their highly-anticipated new album Sci-Fi Crimes which will be released September 8. The band’s brand new single “Jars” was the number one most added track at rock radio last week. The Chicago-based trio spent seven weeks co-producing the new album with Brian Virtue (Jane’s Addiction, 30 Seconds to Mars, Deftones) in Nashville, Tennessee and are excited to hit the road and debut their new material. They will have the opportunity this summer when they join Staind, Shinedown and Halestorm on tour.

The album marks Chevelle’s fifth studio album and will follow up 2007’s smash Vena Sera. Formed in 1995, the Chicago-based band has remained a staple in the hard rock scene with six Top 5 Modern Rock hits under their belt, including the #1 songs “Send the Pain Below” and “Vitamin R (Leading Us Along)” as well as fan favorites, “The Red” and “The Clincher”. Chevelle is Pete Loeffler (vocals, guitars), brother Sam Loeffler (drums), and brother-in-law Dean Bernardini (bass).

Don’t miss your opportunity to catch this compelling act live and let your reader/viewership know about them. Photos, interviews and bookings available upon request.
