“Listening is like slipping into a warm aural bath…Tignor’s beguiling compositions move seamlessly through several stages of development, often ending up somewhere distant from where they appeared to be headed at the outset.” – The Wire
Slow Six will play a series of shows in support of its third full-length, Tomorrow Becomes You, which is available now from Austin-based independent label Western Vinyl. An emotionally unrestrained album infused with taught rhythms, unraveling melodies, and detailed ambiances,Tomorrow Becomes You marks a return to the NYC-based group’s experimental rock roots. Beginning with a hometown show in Brooklyn at Glasslands on March 27th, Slow Six will be joined at this and subsequent shows on the tour by Lymbyc System.

Slow Six Tour Dates:

03/27 – Glasslands – Brooklyn, New York
04/02 – Princeton University – Princeton, New Jersey
04/04 – Middle East Upstairs – Cambridge, Massachussets
04/16 – Casa de Popolo – Montreal, Quebec
04/17 – RPI @ Ground Zero Series – Troy, New York

Slow Six also comissioned a video for the epic final song of Tomorrow Becomes You, “These Rivers Between Us.” First premiered by the website TinyMixTapes, St John Mckay created the hand-drawn, old-school animated video of which TMT said: “In nine minutes, director St John Mckay has us alternately shocked and laughing out loud at the most offensively compelling stuff, including animal erections, dildo/batons, and incestuous insects. I love it.”
