Denver death metallers ENEMY REIGN recently made their live debut on European soil beginning with a thoroughly pummeling performance at this year’s edition of the Neurotic Deathfest in Tilburg. The sold-out event featured ENEMY REIGN alongside some of extreme metal’s finest acts including Bolt Thrower, Carcass, Pestilence, Dying Fetus and Napalm Death. The band followed their deathfest appearance with a string of pillaging club shows in Belgium, the UK, Switzerland and the Czech Republic and will close the tour in Wermelskirchen, Germany on Friday May 14.

Vocalist Sherwood Webber checked in from the road: “Neurotic slayed! We asked to stay both days even though we could have done another tour date; there were too many good bands and too many good friends to leave behind in Tilburg. We had the most amazing time not only playing but making new friends and seeing old ones. Watching Bolt Thrower was like being run over by a tank; watching Carcass was like being dissected. These bands are the pioneers and prevailing masters for a reason. It’s a death metaller’s dream! The UK also killed it; serious metal madness in Taunton, Exceter and London….now onward!”

ENEMY REIGN recently released their critically-lauded Means To A Dead End EP in Europe through Neurotic Records. The EP was recorded by Dave Otero at Flatline Audio (Cephalic Carnage, Martriden, Cobalt et al) in 2008 and, until now, self-distributed through the ENEMY REIGN online webstore. The European version contains one newly recorded exclusive bonus track entitled “If The Truth Hurts…Suffer,” as well as exclusive art work and other bonus materials.

Upon their return home, ENEMY REIGN will continue plotting their upcoming new full-length. Further details to be revealed soon….
