The divas are out in full force this summer and hitmaking songwriter Claude “Studio Beast” Kelly is at the helm of their chart invasion. Claude Kelly has done it again — penning sure-fire summer hits for pop music divas “Woohoo” by Christina Aguilera, “Bittersweet” and “The Worst Part Is Over” by Fantasia, “Love Is Your Color” (theme song to Sex And The City 2 movie and soundtrack) by Leona Lewis and Jennifer Hudson and “In This Song” by newcomer Charice.

Christina Aguilera’s highly anticipated album Bionic, out June 8th, contains a whopping six tracks written by Claude Kelly – “I Hate Boys,” “Glam,” “Get Naked,” “Primadonna,” “Vanity,” and second single “Woohoo” featuring rapper Nicki Minaj and production by Polow Da Don. This catchy, club banger is currently climbing the charts.

“Bittersweet,” the lead single off the upcoming Fantasia album, out July 13th, marks the long-awaited return of the platinum-selling songstress. On May 12th, she commanded the American Idol stage with a soul-stirring performance of the song and was met with great reviews — which further cemented Claude Kelly’s status as a masterful songwriter. While on stage, Fantasia expressed her excitement about getting back to her roots and “working with a lot of great people [including] Claude Kelly.”

Recently, the “Studio Beast” teamed up with teen sensation Charice, winner of “Oprah’s Search for the Most Talented Kids.” Charice’s powerful vocals combined with Claude Kelly’s beautiful lyrics brought the house down when she performed her debut single, “In This Song.”

Holding true to his moniker, the “Studio Beast” also penned the theme song for the newly released Sex and the City 2 movie and soundtrack. Written by Claude Kelly and with production from super producer Salaam Remi, “Love is Your Color” features powerhouse performances from Jennifer Hudson and Leona Lewis. The “diva-whisperer” as he jokingly referred to himself has also made magic happen with such biggest female pop stars as Miley Cyrus’ and her smash hit “Party In The USA,” Britney Spears’ “Circus,” Kelly Clarkson’s #1 single “My Life Would Suck Without You” and Whitney Houston’s “Like I Never Left,” among others. Often asked about his creative process with such notable singers, Claude Kelly simply states, “When I’m in the studio, somehow I can tap into the artist.”

Claude Kelly is currently in the studio working on upcoming albums for Jennifer Hudson, Kelly Clarkson and Faith Hill.
