New York’s COLIN SCHILLER AND THE REACTIONS celebrate life’s excitement through music, combining catchy, simple rock n ‘roll with serious musicianship. Taking a modern spin on feel-good 80’s-influenced rock, Schiller says, “I want to give the kind of show that I like to see. I want to be entertained, hear catchy melodies and have a smile on my face when I leave a show.” They just released the single and video for “Dizzy,” the first track from upcoming EP Endless Holiday.

The “Dizzy” video captures the band’s lighthearted energy. Shot on location in Brooklyn, it was directed by Matthew Glasson and features Season 5 “Project Runway” finalist Kenley Collins as the object of Schiller’s affection. “I knew Kenley was the perfect girl for the role when I dreamt up the video, and she offered great input and style direction on set” notes Schiller.

Colin Schiller is best known as “the maniacal drummer who sang harmony” in various bands across Brooklyn’s vast rock scenes, as well as a popular karaoke host and promoter in New York’s Williamsburg and East Village club scene. The band is rounded out by bassist/producer Jacob Silver (Pete Seegar, Tao Seegar, The Mammals. The Shalants)–a former band mate of Schiller’s who shared a common love for karaoke and Huey Lewis and The News–Geordi Austen (guitar), John Wlaysewski (guitar), Joey Johnson (saxophone), Andrew Hagerty (trombone) and Tim Edgar (drums).
