Well into their first nationwide headline tour, New Politics announces they will hit the stage this fall with multiplatinum rock band, 30 Seconds to Mars in support of their self-titled debut album (RCA Records). New Politics is taking the world by storm with their explosive first single “Yeah Yeah Yeah” which is Top 10 on the iTunes Alternative Chart and continues to explode at Modern Rock Radio.

New Politics performed a memorable performance at SXSW, which had Spin.com declaring their performance was “…the night’s most lasting take-away”, New Politics have continued to develop their energetic live show throughout the summer on their own headlining tour which features front man David Boyd doing flips, headstands, and break dancing.

Additionally, “Yeah Yeah Yeah” has been chosen as the Alli Theme Song for both the Dew Tour 2010 and the Lucas Oil Pro Motorcross tour. The song will be used to open and close every televised event related to both tours as well as in promotional spots leading up to every tour date. New Politics will be performing on 7/23 at the Chicago Dew Tour BMX Open. Their performance will be televised on NBC, USA, MTV2 as well as internationally.

Already deemed “Buzzworthy” by MTV.com and featured on ESPN.com, their video for “Yeah Yeah Yeah” is in the Top 10 on the FUSE Alternative Countdown. New Politics was recently seen on Fuel TV’s The Daily Habit for a two song performance and recently brought down the house at launch event for VMAN’s summer issue, in which Boyd is featured.

New Politics are David Boyd (vocals), Soeren Hansen (vocals/guitar) and Poul Amaliel (drums).
