A proud member of Toronto’s police force, Jesse Weeks works double time trading sirens for melodies to serve the people with his inspiring take on adult contemporary. Teaming up with Jeff Hammond, a Canadian director and actor, Weeks is set to release his latest video. ‘Answers’ is a timely piece, dedicated to the Canadian Military in anticipation of Remembrance Day, Weeks bares his soul for viewers to see and by doing so, has created a vivid and haunting video which will inspire viewers as much as it will captivate them.

The video tells the story of a young woman who has lost her love, providing flashbacks to better times while still portraying the anguish which so many must live with every day. Showcasing a dynamic synergy between performer and director, Hammond was able to portray a side of Weeks which many artists are normally hesitant to show to the world. ‘Answers’ humanizes the struggle which so many are engaged with everyday; losing loved ones is an excruciating hardship, one that inspired Hammond when conceptualizing the video.

In addition to ‘Answers’, Weeks is releasing a new song entitled “World Peace”, which was inspired by his first hand experience of having worked during the G20 in Toronto this past June.
