It takes a lot to get me to want to work out some mornings. While I can usually get out to the gym and turn in a pretty solid workout, there needs to be that little added bit to really allow me to turn in intense workouts. All American EFX understands this, and has created a pre-workout supplement called K-OTIC. K-OTIC is a perfect storm of punch and low-price; the drink’s 32 serving bottle can be picked up for well under $30 at a number of online retailers.

However, what is in K-OTIC, what does K-OTIC do and how does it work? To bring the supplement in line with a number of other pre-workout products, there are fair shares of Niacin, Folic Acid, Vitamin B12, Calcium Carbonate, and Vitamin C. However, All American EFX has added to K-OTIC a number of proprietary blends for pep, driving through workouts, and properly allowing people to blast through workouts with record speed and weight.

It is these proprietary blends that make K-OTIC into a must buy product. After having various amounts of success with similar products, moving onto K-OTIC on workout days was enough to give me tremendous energy and the ability to power through sets even when I would normally have ended early or at lighter weights. Where I originally found myself dragging considerably by the 45 minute mark, K-OTIC’s “psycho-intensifying, sustained-released energy system” was able to afford me an additional 15 minutes.

Don’t get me wrong – K-OTIC is not merely some energy supplement. Rather, another facet to K-OTIC comes in their blend of Kre-Alkalyn EFX and Taxadrol. I usually intersperse weight training days with cardio (elliptical, mainly), and continued use of K-OTIC every time I’ve worked out has made muscle gain substantial. While I am attempting to stay somewhat lean, the K-OTIC also shines in that it does not make me take on additional water weight. Keep things going with either All American EFX’s Test Charge or their Nytric EFX PRO – you will not be disappointed.

This is a new product, so comment below and tell me your experiences are with this pre-workout supplement.
