Sire/Decaydance Records artist THE READY SET has announced his first ever headline tour. The nationwide run, presented by Glamour Kills, kicks off February 23rd in Indianapolis, IN and runs through April 9th in Ft. Wayne, IN. Joining The Ready Set will be Allstar Weekend, We Are The In Crowd and The Downtown Fiction.

The digital version of “Love Like Woe,” the first single off The Ready Set’s debut EP I’m Alive I’m Dreaming, has been certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America. The JR Rotem-produced “Love Like Woe,” is climbing radio and sales charts across the country: the track is currently #15 on the Mainstream Top 40 airplay chart, with over 23 million in audience. “Love Like Woe” is also #27 on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart and hit #18 on the Digital Songs Chart.

The Ready Set is 21 year-old Indiana-born drummer, singer, songwriter and keyboardist Jordan Witzigreuter, who creates infectious, danceable pop designed for fun. I’m Alive, I’m Dreaming is the first release from the joint venture between Sire Records and Pete Wentz’s Decaydance Records.

MTV has been an early supporter of The Ready Set. Witzigreuter spent the summer on the MTV VMA tour with Never Shout Never, performed live on the finale of the TJ competition and was selected for MTV’s coveted “PUSH” & “POSTED” artist programs. The video for fan-favorite “More Than Alive” premiered during primetime as a part of MTV’s “premiere week” alongside Bruno Mars, B.O.B. and My Chemical Romance. This marks one of the first times MTV has premiered a developing artist during primetime.

“Regifted”, the digital holiday EP from The Ready Set is out now. The release includes “Wishlist,” an original holiday song, a cover of Paul McCartney’s “Wonderful Christmastime” and an acoustic version of “More Than Alive” as well as a digital booklet for only $1.99. To coincide with the holiday EP, “I’m Alive, I’m Dreaming” is currently discounted to only $6.99 on iTunes.
