At NeuFutur, we go through a tremendous amount of different nutritional supplements. Protein drinks, along with thermogenics, are one of the few things that we use on a daily basis. Premier Nutrition has created a single-serve drink in three flavors (Vanilla, Chocolate, and Strawberry) that gives drinkers 30 grams of protein while only containing 160 calories.

Pop one of the Protein Shakes in the refrigerator for a few hours and the packaging (Tetra Pak cartons, which is like a much heavier milk carton) will ensure that it can bounce around a workout bag without any sort of problem. The price of the Premier Protein Shakes is low enough (the Premier store sells 18 of the shakes for $28.79) that the convenience of the unique packaging far outstrips any cost increase in regards to straight protein powder. When one looks at the taste side of things, I feel that the protein and flavoring that Premier uses in these shakes allows the protein to properly be masked while tasting as one would expect.

There are not many companies doing these single-serve types of protein drinks on the fitness and workout market now, but I feel that the solid example put forth by Premier should act as a blueprint for any company that wants to step their game up while providing a useful service for anyone that wants to properly build upon their workouts. Go to your local well-stocked workout store or order directly from Premier Nutrition’s website.
