The highlight of your summer is finally here, and it was definitely worth the wait! This week, everyone’s favorite up and coming New York indie band, HOLIDAYHOLIDAY, release their newest album, Safari Sundae.

Recorded at 343 Myrtle and mastered by Kevin McMahon (Titus Andronicus, The Walkmen, The French Kicks, Mooney Suzuki) at Marcata Studios, the band has put out a collection of 14 songs that will literally blow you away. All in which they produced. Each song is crafted meticulously to blend the perfect mix of jazz and indie rock. Something that will grab your attention immediately, trust us.

HolidayHoliday consists of vocalist Lillian Ruiz, Graham Bishop (percussion, guitar, backing vocals) and Matt Swope (keys, maracas, backing vocals). Meeting in the Summer of 2008 in New York City’s Lower East Side, the trio became smitten with each other right away and began collaborating
