Singer/Songwriter Andi Starr releases her highly-anticipated album The World Will Follow. This time around, Starr presents an electrifying experience with tracks guaranteed to spark your soul.

Starr’s musical success has been a far from easy climb. As a child, Starr preferred to hide in the shadows when it came to public speaking. It wasn’t until several years later, and working as a mental health therapist that Starr decided it was time to make a change. Songwriting was more than a way of coping with her struggles, it was her way of rediscovering herself and embracing the spotlight. In 2006, Starr whole heartedly embarked on her full-time musical career and has effectively grabbed media attention nationwide.

Recently, Starr has gone back to the studio to craft her newest album, The World Will Follow. The album’s first single, “Little Bird,” has reined on California’s ReverbNation charts since May. The album introduces a different side to Starr- a more “electric” Starr. Tracing back to her musical influences, The Cure and Depeche Mode, Starr worked closely with co-producer S. Asher Sund to give birth to her renewed sound. Starr also received production help from Jesse Siebenberg (Supertramp) and Jordan Richter (Sixpence, None the Richer, Jars of Clay). The music video for her second single, “Delilah’s Response,” was recently shot and will be released later this month.

“This album is more in line with where I’ve been headed all along,” said Starr. Find out more about Andi Starr and her new album on her website, and make sure to grab your own copy of The World Will Follow!
