Wild Beasts are currently in the midst of their first proper US tour since releasing Smother on Domino this past May. Over the weekend they kicked it off with sold out performances at Austin City Limits and The Parish in Austin, TX, and are now making their way east. Upon returning from the US, Wild Beasts will tour broadly in Europe including a performance at the Pitchfork Music Festival in Paris.

“Their talents were on full display at the Parish, and it made for a mesmerizing set that ably proved why they are one of the most unique groups around.” – Austinist

Wild Beasts are giving away a brand new track called “Thankless Thing,” the b-side to the latest UK single “Reach A Bit Further” from Smother. “Thankless Thing” was recorded with Richard Formby at the beginning of the Smother sessions. In addition to “Thankless Thing,” the band is also sharing their remix of Lady Gaga’s “You and I.”
