First off, we have to apologize to Applied Nutriceuticals for taking so long with this review. Their Lit-Up pre-workout represents one of the best on the market; there are a number of distinct reasons why this rests head and shoulders above other products that are currently out. There are a few different complexes that are working whenever an individual supplements with Lit-Up; the Lean Tissue Generation Complex contains D-Aspartic Acid, Beta Alanine, Betaine HCL and S-Adenosyl Methionin, while the JR3 Targeted Stimulation Matrix keeps one alert and full of pep with Peak ATP, Caffeine, and Theobromine.

However, I feel that Lit-Up succeeds in a way that others do not through the Endotropin Neuromuscular Enhancement Blend – L-Tyrosine, DMAE and Phosphatidylserine. The Lit-Up provides the energy that an individual needs for long workouts, while the presence of the D-Aspartic Acid has been linked to increases in an individual’s testosterone levels. Furthermore, the Lit-Up does not possess the drop off that is present with many similar products; one can supplement, work out, and be gently let down as their heart rate slows.

Applied Nutriceuticals have created a delightful Cherry Citrus flavor for their Lit-Up, which really tastes to me to have hints of Sonic’s Cherry Limeade or Kool-aid Cherry present. With all sides – energy, fitness, and taste – covered, Applied Nutriceuticals has provided individuals with the pre-workout that they need. This is the product that should be used if one is cycling off of creatine – the Beta Alanine here will ensure that the workout does not falter in any way.
