Brooks has very nearly perfected the running shoe with their PureCadence. Despite being as light as all get out, the PureCadence has a substance to it that will ensure that one can be comfortable no matter which terrain they are on. The design of the side of the shoe allows for great amounts of airflow, which will ensure that feet do not get sweaty.

I found that the smallest steps taken by Brooks further edge this show into stuff of legend. In particular, the notch cut out at the front of the shoe (to mimic a human’s foot) is smart as it decreases weight as well as distinguishes the shoe from others on the market. Furthermore, the Nav Band that is present on the side of the shoe will provide additional support. This decreases fatigue and ensures that one does not suffer quite as much from foot soreness the next day. The slight bit of stiffness that is present to the sole provides additional stability to the foot, as well as keeps runners honest – one’s foot does not end up sliding around the shoe. The way in which the PureCadence cradles the foot distinguishes it from the rest of the running shoes currently on the market. One pair becomes an extension of a runner’s foot, giving them the additional energy that they need to tack on considerable length or duration to their normal workout.

If you are in the market for a new running shoe, make sure to go to your local specialty or fitness store and pick up pair of the PureCadence line today. Keep an eye out for deals on these shoes throughout the holiday season; they will be one of the best gifts individuals receive.
