I found that one of the drawbacks about the first season of Through the Wormhole was that the concepts that were covered in that season were a little bit on the elementary side. However, I feel that there has been progression towards more complex theories and schools of thought. This means that the second season of Through the Wormhole is more interesting; Morgan Freeman immediately gets to the nitty gritty with the season’s first episode.

Where the topics that are broached during each episodes far outstrip what is normally discussed in science shows, I feel that tremendous work is put in to normalizing the content for the widest possible swath of viewers. Those that may only have a partial high school education will understand what is being presented, but I believe that even those that have graduated from college will be able to find something to sink their teeth into .

Favorite episodes of Through the Wormhole With Morgan Freeman’s second season come with “Does Time Really Exist?”, an episode that showcases the fluidity of the concept of time. Another strong episode has to be “Are There More Than Three Dimensions”, which will have viewers attempting to break their thoughts about the paradigm to allow for the overwhelming scientific evidence to wash over them. Here’s to hoping that a third season of Through the Wormhole With Morgan Freeman will begin to air soon; if I was forced to guess, I would believe that the show will begin to air again in June. I know that I cannot wait!
