Full of insanely tight, angular and catchy as all get out jams on their debut LP, San Diego-based The Beautiful View’s, life is beautiful is an album ready for the masses. Next month, they’ll bring the tracks from the album on the road with national tour dates including a run to this year’s SXSW.
Listening to life is beautiful has been known to conjure up images from the Miami night club scene in Scarface – growing up just outside of Chula Vista with Tijuana just across the water there is a sinister urgency coursing through the soaring, slick tracks that make up the LP.
