Vancouver hard rock outfit, The Veer Union, has teamed up with Music Choice to premiere the music video for the single, “Bitter End,” taken from the band’s sophomore album, Divide The Blackened Sky. Check out the new video, directed by Aaron Veale and produced by Kevin Rigney of Assembly Productions, this week exclusively on Music Choice On Demand: http://www.musicchoice.com/WatchVideos.aspx?assetID=126814&assetImage=/mcbroadband/images/videothumbs/TheVeerUnion_BitterEnd_126814-86×57.jpg.
“The video for Bitter End is awesome,” said Josh Gabriele, Manager of Videos on Demand at Music Choice. “We’re really excited to premiere it exclusively on Music Choice On Demand!”
Commented vocalist, Crispin Earl, “‘Bitter End’ describes Eric [Schraeder, guitar/vocals] and I finding the inner strength to persevere through seemingly impossible times to once again do what we love most, which is creating music.”
Music Choice is currently in 191 total markets across the U.S., including all top 50, reaching more than 51 million homes.             Divide The Blackened Sky hit stores last week on Rocket Science Ventures.
The blistering, 10-track offering that Loudwire.com says is, “jam-packed with a blend of teeth-grating rhythms and commercial melodies that are heavy enough to appeal to the hard rock fan while rarely too vicious or overindulgent,” can be purchased on iTunes: http://bit.ly/GURBEE and at numerous music retailers, including Best Buy, Transworld and more.
The track list for Divide The Blackened Sky is…
1. Borderline
2. Bitter End
3. I Will Remain
4. Buried In The Ground
5. Inside Our Scars
6. Live Another Day
7. Divide The Blackened Sky
8. Silent Gun
9. Last Days Of Life
10. Stolen
Divide The Blackened Sky was recorded at VanHowes Studios, Greenhouse Studios and Renegade Studios in Vancouver, BC – a record Earl proclaims to be, “a much darker and heavier effort than our previous works. It depicts all the hard times we have been through over thelast couple of years.”
The majority of the album was self-produced and recorded by the band. In addition, production on the first single, “Bitter End,” was handled by world-renowned producer, Brian Howes (Nickelback, Hinder, Skillet, Puddle Of Mudd, Rev Theory), and was mixed by Jay Van Poederooyen.
