Two months ago Funk Volume’s Dizzy Wright successfully released his debut album SmokeOut Conversations, reaching as high as #2 on the iTunes Hip Hop Chart and #8 on Billboard’s Heatseekers Album Chart in its first week. The first single, Solo Dolo, is now sitting at over 860,000 views on YouTube.

The album continues to do well, but Dizzy had more music that he wanted to get circulating before he begins his nationwide SmokeOut ConversationsTouron June 29th. So today he is releasing the FREE SmokeOut Conversations Mixtape.

The most anticipated song on the mixtape is the new collaboration with labelmates Hopsin and SwizZz called Independent Living. The track talks about the independent route versus signing a major label deal, and their preference for the former. The mixtape also includes the Can’t Trust’em Remix featuring Jarren Benton and Angel Haze, and Nobody’s Teaching Game featuring fellow Las Vegas artist, Capo Young.

If you listened to the SmokeOut Conversations album, then you know how talented Dizzy Wright is. If you didn’t, then here is an opportunity to get introduced to his music, for free. The mixtape is available now on the Funk Volume website. We have included a direct download link below.
