Nashville trio THE FARM has been nominated for American Country Awards’ 2012 Single of the Year: New Artist for their hit single “Home Sweet Home.” Their 11-track self-titled debut album, which was released on July 17 on All In Records / Elektra Nashville, features the band’s debut Top 20 hit. The album was co-produced by Farmer Nick Hoffman with acclaimed songwriter, Danny Myrick. Written by THE FARM and Myrick, the band performed “Home Sweet Home” at this summer’s 2012 CMT Music Awards.

 

THE FARM is Nick Hoffman (vocals, fiddle), Damien Horne (vocals, keyboard, guitar) and Krista Marie (vocals, guitar). The deeply rooted country trio is on the road through the end of the year in support of their debut album, with radio shows and festival performances across the country. The band will also make special stops at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, NC and LP Field in Nashville, TN to sing the National Anthem at the Dallas Cowboys game against the Carolina Panthers and the Tennessee Titans game against the Houston Texans respectively. The Farm will also participate in The Grand Ole Opry’s 2nd Annual “Opry Goes Pink” event, which benefits Women Rock For The CureTM and the Greater Nashville affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure®.
