January 28, Hospitality will release Trouble, the follow-up to their 2012 self-titled Merge debut. Hospitality was met with universal praise, appearing on year-end lists from NPR, Rolling Stone, Paste, Buzzfeed, and more. The band spent over a year on the road touring with artists such as Eleanor Friedberger, Wild Flag, The Love Language, Here We Go Magic, and Tennis. With festival appearances at 4Knots, Treasure Island, SXSW, Roskilde, and Sasquatch!, Hospitality reached its first apex with many more heights to come. From their modest debut in a Red Hook row house, the band has evolved from four-track low-fidelity to a luxury five-star future.

“Papini’s lyrics are witty, and if you let her songs—which range from toe-tapping power pop to amped-up folk—into your head, they’ll stay there.” —The New Yorker

Watch and share the trailer for Trouble now, and stay tuned for much more from Amber, Brian, and Nathan as the release date approaches.
