Swedish melodic death quintet DARKANE have revealed a slew of European tour dates in early 2014, which will see the band perform alongside fellow countrymen Soilwork. The tour will kick off in early March and lead the band to the UK’s HAMMERFEST VI festival, where they will play with Kreator and Overkill, among others. Prior to that, DARKANE will join Dark Tranquility for three Swedish shows in December. Full dates can be found listed below.

Recorded with Daniel Bergstrand (In Flames, Meshuggah, Behemoth), DARKANE’s latest album, “The Sinister Supremacy,” features the first new music from the group in over five years along with the return of acclaimed vocalist Lawrence Mackrory. Described as “a high-octane hybrid between melodic death metal and thrash metal with a slightly progressive undercurrent” (Ghostcult), the band states the album is “a metaphor for the evil that controls us, guides us into making choices based on pure selfishness and thrives on complete chaos.”

“The Sinister Supremacy” is available now on CD via the Prosthetic webshop HERE or digitally via iTunes or Amazon MP3
