Reel Big Fish at the House of Blues, Cleveland – 1/23/2015

Reel Big Fish are coming to the House of Blues (http://www.houseofblues.com/cleveland/ ; 308 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio) on Friday, January 23rd. The show will also feature Authority Zero and Less Than Jake. The doors for the show will open at 7 PM, and the area immediately surrounding the venue has countless restaurants, bars, and hip spots that will be open before and after the show ends.

The confines of the House of Blues will lend listeners a close-knit and cozy atmosphere. The energy that the band possesses will resound from the stage to the back wall bars, while attendees that wish to have a more quiet experience can stake out a place away from the stage. With singles like Beer and She Has A Girlfriend now, Reel Big Fish will be keeping everyone skanking, bouncing, moshing, and otherwise active through their set. I am personally excited to see the band in a smaller setting, as the last time we covered the band, they were outdoors (Warped Tour) and separated by the audience by about fifty feet; the band was still able to create one of the most taut and frenetic performances that we have ever seen at NeuFutur. The inclusion of Less Than Jake on this winter tour is stellar and provides a slightly more punk-tinged sound to the bill, while Authority Zero is a brilliant decision to get the audience amped up for the bands to follow.

Tickets for this show were around $30 and are going quickly – make sure to visit your local favorite ticket vendor to pick up a few for yourself and friends.
