The service on a great many buffets are extremely slow with tables only being serviced once per visit, something that Ryan’s stands strongly against. For a thirty-minute visit to the Ryan’s in Wooster, we had our table serviced three times. While the hustle and bustle of a buffet creates a mountain of dirty plates and service, Ryan’s wait crew tackled the problem in a satisfactory manner.

The dinner concluded with a considerable variety of desserts, which ran the gamut of different flavor profiles rather than hitting purely on the sweet side. There was a chocolate pie that hit the perfect balance between sweet and savory, while a large collection of toppings will make one’s soft-serve ice cream into an unique experience.

For a limited time, signing up for offers on the Ryan’s website will provide people with a buy one, get one free adult entrée coupon. The restaurant also runs a promotion that has children eat for $1.99 on Thursday nights from 5-8PM (local availability may vary). The Ovation Brands company owns Ryan’s along with Country Buffet, Fire Mountain, HomeTown Buffet, Ryan’s and Old Country Buffet.
