Sarantos has released his latest single, I Sing, in early June. This electronic-infused track ties together the early days of the New Romantic movement (Yaz, Depeche Mode) and inserts a little bit of the pop-punk of Atom and His Package and Blink 182 into the mix. What results with this track is a hooky, fun track that will tattoo its melodies deep into the mind and hearts of anyone that listens in. The track succeeds due to Sarantos’ tremendous vocals and impeccable instrumentation. The production of I Sing is similarly strong, allowing the disparate elements of the composition to shine alone and together.

I feel that I Sing could easily crossover to pop or EDM station’s playlists, as there are aspects to the composition that practically anyone can appreciate. Sarantos has also released a video for I Sing that captures the rapid-fire stylistic changes of the single and provides fans with some further information about the performer. The crispness of the composition builds off of the work of later Good Charlotte, Cash Cash, and +44.

We have covered other cuts from Sarantos in the past; purchases of this single will go to the charity Sing for Hope. The organization allows populations in need to be given instruction by talented musicians from opera to dance, guitars to pianos. We have covered other Sarantos releases in the past, including his “Not Where I Wanna Be” album and an earlier single, “What If I Never See You Again“. He has also sat down for a brief interview last year in NeuFutur.
