Vagabond Specter “Half A Billion Miles”

Half A Billion Miles’ video is an interesting, creative look into a richly emotive indie-rock track. With vocals building off of Ben Gibbard (Death Cab For Cutie) and Morrissey, Vagabond Specter are able to offer an emotionally rich, effecting track. Half A Billion Miles’ progression is similarly alluring, with the bass, drums, and vocals uniting to gradually increase in momentum until fans are on the edges of their seats. The bit of twinkling electronic fuzz firmly seats Vagabond Specter in the late seventies / early eighties style of rock. The bit of emo brought in by the vocals makes Half A Billion Miles a complete statement from an interesting new (at least to us) band.
