Zeroes “Machines and Magnets”

On “Machines and Magnets”, Zeroes create a powerful sort of rock that builds off the blueprint laid by acts like Muse and Wolfmother. A more contemplative and thoughtful approach taken by the vocals spin this single out in a bold new direction.  There is a great breadth of styles and sounds broached here, ensuring that listeners will continue to find nuance even five or ten listens in. While this cut concludes a bit after the four-minute mark, Zeroes are able to jam so many twists and turns in that the resulting track feels like a ten-minute epic. Each element of Zeroes contributes to great effect during Machines and Magnets, making this a stellar, rock-radio-worthy effort.
