  1. James, thank you for the helpful article. Your advice is useful not only for students, but for everyone who wants to eat healthy food. The only thing I don’t agree is that we can eat at night. Try not to eat 2-3 hours before bedtime. Try not to eat at all 2-3 hours before bedtime.

The main thing I don’t concur is that we can eat around evening time. Do whatever it takes not to eat before sleep time. Do whatever it takes not to eat at all 2-3 hours before sleep time.
