(DC) Formed in 2017, Sirens just released their latest single called (I Believe).

Sirens are:

Steve Kinzer – Keyboards, synth sounds

Josh Barnhart – Drums
Jake Barnhart – Guitar/ VOX
Right from the start there’s an ambience that really sucks in the listener into their world of hope and the love of life. I Believe the latest single from Sirens lets it all hang out with catchy vibe full of intrigue, power and burning embers. One thing that impressed me about this song is the attention to detail and overall production value – top tiered. The instrumentation and tonality gives you that genuine feel good feeling that pop might now be headed in the right direction? These 3 also have a good, youthful look and sound.  No doubt Sirens are solid vocally and musically. As a vocalist Jake Barnett has an impressive timbre. As a trio even throwing in amazing harmonies along the way invoking singers and bands like The Beach Boys. But let’s not get it twisted, these guys don’t sound like the Beach Boys. They do however have that modern melodic Imagine Dragon style to their sound which is catching on like wildfire. It’s pure Alternative Indie Pop-Rock magic with full-tilt playing and hooky soulful grooves providing the ultimate in musical intoxication.

“I Believe” wraps up a well-rounded single providing an interesting cross section of classic rock/pop and more modern psychedelic electro pop. How is this possible? Only a shooting star persona can pull this off. It must be said that music like this is sorely missing from the 2018 radio repertoire. Sirens fills this musical void perfectly, they can hold their own against any hot running pop or rock band out there right now. In many aspects Sirens will take you back to a simpler, happier more carefree musical time. A time before artists started hanging out the dirty laundry to dry – on the radio.
