Let’s look at the elephant in the room – why Fried Goat? Our first bass player was from Bulgaria and he was telling us all the different foods that are popular there. Just about every other dish was some kind of goat. I’m not sure frying goat is one of the more popular ways to prepare it but it should be. Everything tastes better fried.
