Video Reviews Transferred To Current Site

JMcQ here from NeuFutur. If you notice posts from the last few years come up in the next few weeks, it is because we are putting live some video reviews that were originally on the earlier iteration of the site. While there are a number of readers of NeuFutur that are vegetarian and vegan, I still believe that Mike puts forth some…

Dorothea #1

Dorothea #1 / $1 / :30 / 40M / [email protected] / Dorothea is a zine that contains a number of short stories. While there are some overall themes present in the different pieces of prose that are present, these stories seem to be more form-less than anything. There is a picture and some handwritten text at the beginning, as well as handwritten text demarcating the titles, but the text is…

Dragons of Zynth Announce New York Mini Tour, Play McCarren Pool with Modest Mouse on Sept 8th

Debut LP “Coronation Thieves” Out on Gigantic Music October 2nd 2007 Produced by Dragons of Zynth & David Andrew Sitek (TVOTR) “Dragons of Zynth, a Cleveland-bred group whose as-yet-titled debut, is produced by Dragons of Zynth & David Andrew Sitek, which is bonkers. Their hazy rock and synthesizer soul, coupled with brilliant shows in New York, are just what these war-torn summer days should sound like.” – XLR8R

At 21 years old, Chicago native Yung Berg is quietly plotting his take over of the phenomenon we know as Hip Hop. Possessing a flow that sounds like a classic Marvin Gaye tune, with charisma more contagious then the common cold, Yung Berg is the definition of what happens when skills and swagger are pooled into one powerhouse.

The Seven Deadly Sins of the “Wannabe”Musician

“If you live to play…Then play damn it.” 1)Thinking that you have to make your money “touring”. Where is it written that you have to live by the breadcrumbs the bars and clubs of this world are willing to give you in some town you have never heard of? This is bad thinking champ. And bad thinking leads to bad business. You have no following in Bumblestream Ohio- so how…

But the biggest headache is when the tour van takes a turn for the worse and breaks down.
