Marius Billgobenson’s IN PARADISE – Just Another Day is a wonderful call back to the easy listening rock style of the mid 1970s. This means that there are the sizzling guitar riffs inspired by a Santana, with the tight arrangements of a Steely Dan or Air Supply. The rich, charismatic vox lie leisurely upon the instrumental arrangements. IN PARADISE – Just Another Day is one of those singles that will stand up to repeat plays, as the production is robust enough that it will continue to yield new twists and turns after multiple plays. Marius’ work here is tremendous, creating a work that will stand the test of time. We’re frankly excited to hear more coming down the pipeline from this performer.
