Holy Ghost, the latest work by Vic Lucas, has an infectious chorus that will bring listeners out on the dance floor. The back and forth between the male and femlae vocals does much to keep the single’s momentum high. What occurs here on Holy Ghost is controlled chaos. Everything’s putting out 100% with bold, brash brush strokes. The segments where the instrumentation pulls back a bit and really lets the vocals shine are some of our favorites. Vic Lucas’s newest single is something that contributes mightily not only to pop music, but to reggae and afrobeat styles. Vibrant, contemporary, and with charisma to spare, Holy Ghost is one of our favorite tracks of this year so far.
