Singer/Songwriter John Vesely is Secondhand Serenade of Menlo Park, CA – SHS became MySpace’s #1 unsigned artist for 7 months at the end of 2006 and sold over 20,000 copies of his self-produced, debut album Awake through a PayPal account on his MySpace – Fast forward to 2007, Glassnote signed him and re-released Awake which has sold almost 100,000 copies to date. The video for “Vulnerable” broke on MTV (#1 testing video w/females while it was in heavy rotation) and John performed on Late Night w/Conan O’Brien, Won Yahoo’s “Who’s Next??” competition and toured w/Plain White T’s, Good Charlotte and the All American Rejects among others.
