Saint Archer’s Mosaic IPA is a masterful blend of strong Mosaic hops with enough malt and alcohol burn, creating an eminently drinkable beer that bursts forth with additional flavors at every turn. The beer pours with a golden-yellow coloration and a good amount of creamy white head. This head laces its way down a glass, showcasing the progress that one has made on the beer. Citrus fruit and tart elements dominate during the early sips, while sweeter and more malt-driven elements become increasingly prevalent as the Mosaic IPA reaches closer to room temperatures.
The bitterness remains present from stem to stern on the Mosaic IPA, with each subsequent quaff providing a fresh wallop to an imbiber. The beer has bold flavors and tastes but would mesh perfectly with assertive cuisine (Indian, Latin American), nuts, or sweets. As the overall flavor profile of this effort continues to change, individuals will not know precisely where the beer will take them.
