Canada’s THE TREWS completed their US RESIDENCY TOUR in the tail end of 2011 as they continue touring behind Hope & Ruin, their fourth full-length studio album. Feedback was amazing and the quartet doubled the crowd every week in each room they played. Now they’re coming back Stateside in January to hit the markets they missed.

“It is safe to say the crowd would have stood there and sung back all night if the band had played on. It’s hard to say they left them wanting more, as it’s hard to think of what more one could want in a rock ’n’ roll show.”
— Seamus Gallivan, BUFFALO NEWS

“Eschewing anything indie or edgy, this Canadian quartet pounds out frills-free rock and power-pop with no pretensions…
The songs are tough, the music is tight.”
— Hal Horowitz, CREATIVE LOAFING

“Saturday at Uncle Slayton’s, sounds reminiscent of Fleetwood Mac, Led Zeppelin, and Tom Petty filled the halls as The Trews plugged in and rocked out. Playing to a full house”
— Allison Ray, LOUISVILLE.com

“The Trews could do no wrong and their catchy songs whipped the crowd up into a rock and roll frenzy! The Trews provided an exciting, unforgettable rock and roll experience for all those lucky enough to be in attendance.”
— Buffalo Music Blog

Earlier this summer, NY Press was blown away by a rare NYC appearance and American Songwriter hosted an acoustic session by the guys in their Nashville offices. Twangville calls Hope & Ruin, “A collection of rock anthems filled with blaring electric guitars and tight harmonies” and Metal Odyssey named Hope & Ruin the #1 Rock Album of 2011, exclaiming, “The Trews just don’t bang-it-out on this album, they play the song and take you on an escalator of Rock.”
