ANIMALS AS LEADERS POST TEASER FOR “WEIGHTLESS” MUSIC VIDEO

Progressive instrumental pioneers ANIMALS AS LEADERS have posted a trailer for their new video for “Weightless,” the title track from their critically acclaimed 2011 album, which debuted at #92 on the Billboard Top 200 last fall. Alternative Press is hosting an exclusive premiere of the video on their website.

The complete “Weightless” video, which will premiere in the near future, was directed by Scott Hansen, who also directed the band’s groundbreaking video for “CAFO,” a song from their 2009 self-titled debut. That clip has now been viewed on YouTube more than 2.5 million times.

ANIMALS AS LEADERS, who just returned from a highly successful tour throughout Europe that included several dates with Swedish tech-metal legends Meshuggah, are currently supporting Thrice on that band’s North American farewell tour. Later this year, AAL will return to Europe for a major headlining tour, which will also feature progressive metallers Tesseract. Full dates are listed below.
