8 song release in 1998 on Golden Garbage Can Records. Light hair rock from these guys from London Ontario. They sound like Poison, Scorpions, Motley Crue, and Warrant, complete with some great wank-o-rama guitar solos and excellent guitar lines.Syre has a great sound that should have been in 19898. The vocalist at times sounds like Bret from poison, and at other times sounds like the lead singer of the Scorpions.”Hard time Saying No” has a great underground bass line throughout it. This would be a great disc just to jam to. They have been in Syre since 1986! Apparently they became big in the late 80’s and it is no wonder, since these guys kick so much ass. Syre is what rock and roll should be,and not bands like the Goo Goo Dolls and Korn. The balls out rocking by these guys would just kill any of those bands .The songs on the light side are true ballads, while still having excellent guitar lines. There isn’t a single thing wrong with this band.
