There’s a new place where individuals can go forth and work promoting services and things for a number of advertisers. This web site is Socialspark (www.socialspark.com). The site gives individuals tools to place on their web site to monitor the number of hits that the web site garners, to ensure that advertisers and bloggers alike are matched together. As a web site gets more popular, the more chances that that web site will have to write reviews. There are a number of major clients signed on – Dockers is just one of many – and there are almost 200 different opportunities that are open to individuals. Izea’s RealRank is a new metric to show exactly how popular an individual’s web site is, and this is updated every day (unlike Alexa and Google Pagerank, which are updated rarely). The community at SocialSpark is very friendly; I signed up just about a week ago and already have a number of connections that hooked up with me. The ability to network in such an easy fashion makes a set of professional contacts easier than say a LinkedIn. I know that I will be working in the near future to get my RealRank up to a high enough level to be allowed to do a number of new opportunities. Viewers to the web sites signed up on SocialSpark will know exactly what is being posted – SocialSpark makes sure that individuals understand a little bit of the motivation of individual bloggers. If you are a blogger and want to make some great connections with advertisers and bloggers alike, SocialSpark should be a web site that you check up and sign up with.
