My Religion is your latest album. What does it contribute to your story?

The name of the album starts from the song “My Religion.” And the name for the song starts from this idea that my step-father had, that I shouldn’t watch these religious shows on TV, with those nonsense preachers. This was when I came to Canada at age 11.

Which tracks off of My Religion are your favorites, and what about the efforts make them?

Favourites: I would say, the first track, “Ambition” and track #7, “My Religion.” I can’t remember how Ambition came to me but I think I was playing my bass or guitar and the main motive came to me and stuck with me.

What artists possess the greatest influences on your music?

Beethoven, Metallica, Suicidal Tendencies

How has your style evolved and changed over the time since you first started playing?

I started playing bass and the music I wanted to play was mostly rock. Later, I started to learn more instruments and eventually ended up playing pop music.

Can you describe your creative process and your recording set up for us?

Whenever an idea comes to me I put it on paper. I also have a small tape recorder…

How can interested readers listen to your music?

They can find my music at Amazon, iTunes and Spotify.

What has been your most memorable live experience?

This time when I sat at the bar before I went on stage. I started a conversation with this guy. And he was cussin’ left right and center.

What goals do you still have left to accomplish in your career?

I don’t know, maybe write a symphony?

Thank you for your time. Do you have anything else that you would like to say to our readers?
